Featuring a circular design, this product features a head that rotates freely, along with long stainless steel wires that sway in the wind or when a bird, such as seagulls, pigeons and other large birds, touches them. These devices can be screwed into any surfaces that require regular access for maintenance, such as silos, air conditioning units and vents, or they can be glued into position for ease of movement.
