Post and Wire For Surface Mounts
Post and wire for surfaces that cannot or should not be drilled deeply: capping stones, metal, and finishes where a fixed anchor is not appropriate.
Surface mount posts bond to the substrate instead of anchoring into it, in pigeon and seagull heights. The wire, springs, crimps and crimp tool are identical to the masonry system, so the only thing that changes is how the post attaches.
Clean the surface and use the silicone adhesive as directed. A surface mount is only as good as the preparation underneath it.
